Kızılay Teknoloji has officially established its presence at Boğaziçi Teknopark, located within the Kandilli Campus of Boğaziçi University, following the approval of our R&D application.
This strategic move marks a significant step forward in advancing our research and development efforts across a wide range of fields—including humanitarian technologies, artificial intelligence, logistics, and healthcare solutions.
Driving Digital Innovation for Scalable Humanitarian Impact
As part of our R&D initiatives at Boğaziçi Teknopark, one of our key priorities is the development of an integrated digital platform that will enable Türk Kızılay and other humanitarian NGOs to manage donation and aid processes end-to-end.
Initially designed for use by Türk Kızılay, a member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the platform is envisioned as a scalable, model solution with global applicability.
This initiative aims to:
- Strengthen Türk Kızılay’s international positioning,
- Establish a sustainable revenue model, and
- Optimize the use of resources through a transparent and traceable donation ecosystem.
By introducing a shared data infrastructure and capacity planning framework, the platform will facilitate better coordination among NGOs offering similar services.
It will also support faster and more effective responses to large-scale emergencies—enhancing operational agility in times of crisis.
The academic depth and innovation-driven ecosystem of Boğaziçi Teknopark will serve as a critical enabler in realizing these ambitious goals.
